The President of Belarus, Alexandr Lukashenko, has spent ninety minutes speaking about a range of issues to euronews' Kyiv Bureau Head. As Lukashenko manouvers his country between east and west, dubbed "Europe's last dictator" by some, he has mostly kept his counsel during the crisis on his border in Ukraine.
