Moscow - The delivery of the Mistral-class helicopter carriers built in France for the Russian Navy is not on the agenda today, French Ambassador to Russia Jean-Maurice Ripert told Interfax.
France’s Defense Minister Jean-Yves le Drian said the same a few days ago, he said. When asked about the period of time after which France could face penalties for its failure to fulfill the Mistral deal, Ripert said: “The Mistral delivery is not on the agenda. I can repeat this ten times. It is not a problem.”
