ASTANA - The Kazakh Agriculture Ministry projects this year's grain forecast to be around 13 million tonnes, Executive Secretary of the Ministry Eugeny Aman said.
"The harvest will total around 13 million tonnes. This figure will be subject to further adjustment," Aman said at an online press conference on the Bnews website.
No grain export restrictions will be introduced, he said.
Last year Kazakhstan harvested a record 26.9 million tonnes of grain in net weight, up 120% over 2010.
