VIENNA - The foreign ministers of Russia and Germany, Sergei Lavrov and Frank-Walter Steinmeier, are having a business dinner in Vienna that is hosting the final round of the talks between Tehran and the six international mediators over the Iranian nuclear program.
At the beginning of the meeting Lavrov who, unlike his German counterpart, was without a tie, apologized for “not having coordinated very properly with the minister,” but this, however, “only underscores the pluralism in our relations,” he said.
