MOSCOW - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov informed U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry of his concern about delays in an investigation into the Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777's crash in Ukraine in a telephone conversation on Nov. 14, the Russian Foreign Ministry said.

“The Russian foreign policy chief expressed his serious concerns about the protracted investigation into the crash of the Malaysian Boeing in violation of UN Security Council resolution 2166 and ICAO rules,” the ministry said on Nov. 14.
