MOSCOW - Ex-president Dmitry Medvedev said investment in the national economy must be brought to 25-27% of GDP.
"Capital investments have been growing at a fairly good pace of, reaching 10% in individual months. It is our task to increase the share of investments to 25% of GDP," Medvedev told the State Duma which is considering his nomination for the prime minister’s post.
"And then it could even be raised to 27% of GDP, including by ensuring a significant increase in foreign investment," Medvedev said.
