ASTANA - All of the international community's members are friends of Kazakhstan, President Nursultan Nazarbayev said.
"We have built trusting relations along the entire perimeter of our border. In fact, we have only friends around the world," he said at an international conference in Astana on Thursday.
The Kazakh constitution reaffirms the country's commitment to an open foreign policy, the president said.
"We have been promoting economic integration with Russia and Belarus - our historic [partners] in the Customs Union and the Common Economic Space. We have been developing good relations with our large neighbors: the People's Republic of China and Russia, which are our important partners. Kazakhstan's trade with the European Union has reached $50 billion," Nazarbayev said.
