MOSCOW - Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke to his Ukrainian counterpart Viktor Yanukovych on the phone on Monday, Putin's press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
“The chiefs of state discussed a rather broad range of bilateral issues. They also spoke about energy interaction,” he said.
