Initial investment in the project will amount to 120 million euros. The hub will sit on 180 hectares of land in Chelyabinsk Region's Uvelskiy District, 76 km away from Chelyabinsk.
It will include a customs clearing station with a temporary storage area and a hi-tech processing terminal for railway containers.
