MOSCOW - Russia has suggested that Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe officers and Ukrainian border guards examine the cargo of a Russian humanitarian aid convoy that will pass through the Donetsk border checkpoint in Russia's Rostov region en route to eastern Ukraine, the Russian Foreign Ministry said on Oct. 29.

“The Russian side expects constructive interaction with its partners from the OSCE and Ukraine in carrying out this important humanitarian task,” the ministry said in a statement.
