Moscow -- The Russian Emergency Situations Ministry is preparing to send another humanitarian aid convoy to the conflict-torn regions in southeastern Ukraine, Deputy Emergency Situations Minister Vladimir Artamonov told reporters on Nov. 20.

“We are now forming the next consignment of humanitarian supplies for residents of Ukraine’s southeast. It will be sent after all details are agreed upon through the Foreign Ministry,” he said.

The new humanitarian aid convoy will be ready to leave for Ukraine promptly as soon as all relevant issues are resolved – most likely on November 26-27, the deputy minister said.
