Russia and Turkey have reached a deal to increase gas shipments via the Blue Stream pipeline, President Vladimir Putin said at a press conference on Dec. 1.
“An agreement has been reached to increase the capacities of the Blue Steam gas pipeline by Gazprom. We will increase shipments by another 3 billion cubic meters in the near future,” he said.
