SOCHI, Russia - The Russian government is not discussing the second package of measures responding to the sanctions imposed b the West, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich said.
“It’s just not being discussed. It’s not a priority now,” Dvorkovich told reporters in Sochi, responding to a question as to when the second package of response measures will be put in place.
