Moscow, September 7 (Interfax) - There were foreign members of the Lokomotiv ice hockey team aboard the Yakovlev Yak-42 passenger plane which crashed near Yaroslavl, a source familiar with the situation told Interfax.

"There were players from Sweden, Poland, Ukraine, the Czech Republic, Germany, Belarus, Latvia and other countries on the team aboard the plane," the source said.

Russians made the bulk of the team. The youngest player was a Russian citizen, born in 1991, he said.
