Minsk – The contact group on Ukraine can change the Minsk format for any other one but the resolution of the conflict will have to start anew. The opinion was voiced by Nikolai Samoseiko, Chairman of the International Affairs Commission of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus, as he commented on the Belarus president’s meeting with reporters that took place the day before.
