Ukrainian biathlete Vitaliy Lukyanenko won the gold medal in men's 7.5 km for visually impaired athletes at the 2014 Paralympic Games in Sochi.

Russian Nikolay Polukhin was second, Vasili Shaptsiaboi from Belarus finished third.
