FC Dynamo Kyiv has signed a four-year contract with Brazilian attacking midfielder Raffael (full name - Raffael Caetano de Araújo), according to a statement posted on the club's official Web site on Friday, July 27.

Today, the footballer will watch his new club play Hoverla in the
third round of the Ukrainian Premier League, and in the next few days he
will join his new teammates for training. The player will be introduced
at a press conference after the match.

The 27-year-old Raffael started his career at Juventus-SP (Sao
Paolo). He also played for Switzerland’s Chiasso (2003-2005) and Zurich
(2005-2008) and Germany’s Hertha (2008-2012).

Raffael is the fifth player signed by the Ukrainian club in the
current offseason. Dynamo earlier signed Portuguese player Miguel
Veloso, Croat Niko Kranjcar, Spaniard Marco Ruben and Andriy Bohdanov
from FC Arsenal Kyiv.
