Eljanov takes sole lead after 3rd round of Ukraine chess championship
Grandmaster Pavlo Eljanov, ranked 52nd in the world, took the lead in the Ukrainian chess championship after besting Oleksandr Moiseenko in a superior endgame in round three at Kyiv's President Hotel.
