SALZBURG, Austria - The International Biathlon Union says former world championship medallist Sergei Sednev of Ukraine has failed a doping test. The IBU says Sednev was targeted as part of a program to re-test older samples which "showed atypical results in the previous seasons." It did not say which banned substances had been found.
