FC Metalist Kharkiv drew 0-0 with FC Bayer 04 Leverkusen in a group match of the Champions League.
The match took place in Leverkusen on September 20.
Metalist managed to cut short an unpleasant tradition in its matches against Bayer 04 Leverkusen after it was beaten by the German team two times in the last 32 of the 2010-11 UEFA Europa League: 0-4 in Kharkiv and 0-2 in Leverkusen.
