Well, sort of. Just in time for the January gym resurgence, the streaming service has drawn from popular workout playlists as well as the knowledge of Dr Costas Karageorghis, a global expert on music for exercise and sport, and Shaun T, fitness guru and creator of the Insanity training programme, to compile a series of compilations that are "scientifically constructed to keep you sweating longer".
