Ukraine prepared to pull back artillery in its war-torn east to help cement a truce that President Petro Poroshenko said is easing tensions. The army said it will move heavy weaponry to the edge of a buffer zone to bolster a cease-fire with pro-Russian insurgents, even as both sides reported violations.
