German FM Steinmeier Monday indicated there will be no new EU policy on Ukraine until closer to the 2015 presidential elections. Amid talk of potential EU sanctions, he said: "I don't see a short term solution." He added he'll discuss Ukraine with "partners" at the Munich Security Conference 30 January.
