Oman Daily Observer: EU-Ukraine pact stalled

A long-awaited deal that would have gained Ukraine a wide-reaching trade agreement with the European Union was delayed yesterday due to Brussels' concerns over the jailing of opposition leader Yulia Tymoshenko.
