Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said Wednesday that Turkey and Ukraine were the most important strategic partners of each other.
Davutoglu made the remarks at a joint press conference with his Ukrainian counterpart Kostyantyn Hryschenko in the Turkish capital of Ankara, saying that a meeting of the High Level Strategic Cooperation Council between the two countries would take place in either November or December. Read more.
