The 50-strong troupe is on the island courtesy of the Tourism Authority of Thailand, who helped organize the event in order to raise funds for the Thai Red Cross Society, Phuket Chapter.
Yesterday’s performance attracted some 300 people to the theater, about half its capacity. The ensemble, which formed about 25 years ago, is currently under the artistic direction of Ken Kachmar, Trish Kushniruk and Garrett Nestorowich.
