Brussels - Decisions on the supply of weapons to Russia are made by every NATO country independently and NATO cannot interfere in such decisions, NATO Secretary-General Anders Fogh Rasmussen said.

Such decisions are made solely at the level of every member country and NATO cannot interfere in such national issues as the supply of military equipment, Rasmussen told a press conference in Brussels, responding to a journalist’s question as to whether he believes the sale by this or that NATO country of weapons, specifically helicopter carriers, to Russia it is a good idea.
