Brussels - NATO intends to follow the provisions of the NATO-Russia Founding Act, NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen said in Brussels on Sept. 1.

Rasmussen said NATO is abiding by the NATO-Russia Founding Act, which was signed in 1997, and all measures taken by NATO are in line with it. However, he said NATO sees that Russia is violating its fundamental principles and is calling on Russia to observe the document.
