Ukraine’s Central Election Commission on Wednesday refused to register jailed ex-prime minister Yulia Tymoshenko and former Interior Minister Yuri Lutsenko as candidates in the forthcoming parliamentary polls.

Yanukovych is afraid of a Lady.
Yanukovych allowed his friend the billionaire Firtash to win the Gas contract with their Russian mafia colleagues.

Yulia was against this .....Of course they will not allow her to be in election they are Afraid of a Lady..

The CONVICTED CRIMINAL thief oligarch Tymoshenko is a butt of any joke, much like when she was screaming like a sissy girl when she LOST MISERABLY to mr Yanukovych in 2009 and needed at betch slap by her US masters to recognize her loss.

Tymoshenko is mentally retarded, heh, heh, heh :D
