NATO’s top general says he has little faith in the 2-week-old ceasefire between Ukraine and pro-Russian militants fighting in the country’s east.

Speaking to reporters in the Lithuanian capital of Vilnius on Sept. 20, U.S. Air Force Gen. Philip Breedlove said the September agreement is a “cease-fire in name only.” He said violence levels, including the number of artillery rounds fired in the past few days, are as high as prior to the cease-fire.
