Russia’s Gazprom exports head Alexander Medvedev says Ukraine violates gas contract.

Interesting observation... every time Ukrainian President Victor Yanucovich makes major announcements of reform policies toward meeting E. U. Standards it is most often quickly followed by more pressure and threats by Russia in regards to Gas and the Gas contracts. Quite interesting that pressure is always increased as if to stop or distract any positive movement towards the E.U. by Ukraine.

Just a thought and observation?
