The Russian State Duma has urged the Ukrainian government to take measures against those who instigated provocations in the city of Lviv on Victory Day. The deputies expressed their indignation over any appalling provocations which take place when humankind is paying tribute to those killed for the sake of peace and freedom. At the same time, the State Duma is sure that the Lviv incident has nothing to do with Kiev’s official policy and will by no means affect the positive development of Russian-Ukrainian relations.
