Ukraine’s acting president says that the Kyiv government has effectively lost control over the situation in the country’s eastern Luhansk and Donetsk regions where a number of government building have been taken over by pro-Russia separatists. Oleksandr Turchynov says that Russia is now eyeing six more regions in the country’s east and south.
