 Ukraine's Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk on May 13 played down a "road map" proposed by the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, saying Kyiv has its own plan for de-escalating the standoff. "The Ukrainian government facilitated its road map," Mr. Yatsenyuk told reporters. "It's great that the road map that was proposed by the Ukrainian government has a number of similarities to the [OSCE] road map…But this is to be a Ukrainian-led and Ukrainian-owned process."
