President Barack Obama, on a trip to Europe this week, will come face-to-face with both sides of a crisis that has scrambled his second-term foreign policy agenda, as he plans for his first meeting with Ukrainian President-elect Petro Poroshenko and an encounter with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
