Wall Street Journal: Yanukovych signs law repealing anti-protest legislation

In a concession to mass protests, Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych signed a law Friday repealing most of the legislation that he approved earlier this month that outlawed forms of antigovernment protest and stiffened penalties for mass disorder.
