The issue of considering the address of Russian President Vladimir Putin to the Federation Council on revoking the permission previously issued by the upper chamber to use Russian troops in Ukraine has been submitted to the agenda of the June 25 meeting, the Federation Council regulations committee told Interfax.
“This issue has been submitted onto the agenda of tomorrow’s meeting
and we will consider it a priority. Two Federation Council committees –
on defense and security, and international affairs – will give their
recommendations on this regard in advance,” the regulations committee
said.
