Serhiy Aksionov, chairman of the Council of Ministers of Crimea and leader of the party Russian Unity, said relations between the administration of Crimea and the central administration of Ukraine will be only established after "Kyiv brings its affairs in order."

“At this time, Kyiv is rapidly issuing laws, disregarding all regulations and legal norms… All these things go beyond some frameworks… Let them first bring their affairs in order and show how they run this country,” Aksionov said in an exclusive interview with Interfax on Friday.

“We have not contacted and have never refused to work with anyone. It’s just that the situation now is that someone has conquered someone and is not trying to pressure him, to create as many problems as possible. That’s not the kind of style to talk to us,” he said.

Aksionov also expressed concerns about the fact that people in Ukraine have a lot of weapons.

“Kyiv should stop armed people from wandering in Ukraine. There are armed groups in territories where Maidan protests have not even been conducted… This process is absolutely out of control, no one is disarming them,” he said.
