LUHANSK - All Russian humanitarian convoy trucks for south-eastern Ukraine have reached Luhansk, a city administration representative told reporters.

“As of now, the humanitarian cargo is being unloaded and later it will be distributed among residents,” the representative said.

It is possible that part of the Russian humanitarian aid will be sent to the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), the representative said.

A special commission, which in particular is to determine priority groups for receiving aid, will deal with distributing the humanitarian cargo delivered, the Luhansk administration representative said.

A convoy of 262 KAMAZ trucks, which stayed at the Russian-Ukrainian border for one week, departed for Luhansk on Friday. It delivered almost 2,000 tonnes food supplies, water, baby food and medical supplies to the city.
