Suspected American fraudster Robert Fletcher has spent three and a half years in pre-trial detention. But on July 12, Fletcher finally appeared in court to face charges that he founded and led a criminal organization in Ukraine, committed large-scale fraud along with eight other suspects and forged documents during 2006-2008.
