American Fletcher confronts judge in his financial fraud trial

Accused multimillion-dollar fraudster Robert Fletcher confronted a judge over two motions that were filed during his criminal case in Kyiv’s Desniansky District Court on July 23.

There is no sympathy to be had for this devil, Fletcher.
However, he has done nothing different than what oligarchs in Zookraine have done - except that oligarchs are reputed to have committed murder.
Fletcher is right on these points:
1) It is absolutely wrong to close the trial to the press or the public
2) Zookraine does not have a court system
3) Democracy is NOT represented in the courts of Zookraine.
A fundamental right in a criminal justice system is the right to a speedy trial. Pre-trial detention for 4 years violates that right.
So what's the difference between Fletched and Boyko, the Minister?
Well, Boyko stole far more - the latest of which was $200 million on a drilling rig deal.
Fletcher is not "connected" in Zookraine. Boyko is connected.
What's the difference between Fletched and Governor Yanusvoloch?
Yanusvoloch stole far more - Mezhihirya, plus untold other theft.
Yanusvoloch is "connected" in Zookraine - he is part of the sovok mafia.
Fletcher is not.
What is the difference between Fletcher and Akhmetov?
Akhmetov stole far more in crooked privatization deals - Kryvorizhstal the steel mill alone exposed the theft of billions in a crooked privatization deal.
There is some question as to how Akhmetov suddenly got started, via mysterious bombings in silly Donbas.
