Remains of people, who died in the crash of the Malaysian Boeing in eastern Ukraine, will most likely be brought to Mariupol, First Deputy Prime Minister of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) Andriy Purhin told Interfax.

“This most likely will be Mariupol. Presumably, the identification procedure will be carried out there as well,” Purhin said.

“At that, it has not been determined yet how the access to Mariupol of relatives of the people dead will be held – whether this will be done remotely or they will come,” Purhin said.

DNA testing might be needed to identify some bodies, he said.
