The government has placed the state-owned enterprise Arena Lviv on the list of institutions of physical culture and sports that have the status of an Olympic and Paralympic training base.
The implementation of this decision will contribute to the development of the Arena Lviv through using it as a base for the preparation of Ukraine’s national sports teams for national and international competitions, the press service of the Youth and Sports Ministry reported on Thursday.
Also, the implementation of this decision will allow giving Arena Lviv discounts in payments for the use of utilities and electricity, as well as providing financial support from the state budget in line with the law of Ukraine on physical culture and sports.
