EU Foreign Ministers have agreed to speed up the elaboration of new restrictive measures against Russia in connection with the situation in Ukraine, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton said on July 22.

She said that they had decided to boost preparation of targeted measures
agreed at the summit last week, in particular, speed up the process of
incorporations of individuals and companies, including from Russia into
the sanctions list in keeping with new expanded criteria, she said.
