Ukraine's parliament has appointed Automaidan movement leader Dmytro Bulatov as youth and sport minister of Ukraine.

Bulatov is a chairman of NGO Socially Responsible Society. In 2010, he graduated from National Technical University of Ukraine Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.

In November 2013, after dispersal of Euromaidan together with his
friends he organized a motor rally in Kyiv to attract people to the
protest.

Bulatov went missing on January 23, 2014. On that day
his wife reported him missing at Darnytsky district police department
through her lawyer. Bulatov made contact on January 30. The activist had
been badly beaten and he said he had been held by unknown people.

After all these events he underwent treatment in Lithuania, then in Germany. He has now returned to Ukraine.
