Ukrainian Interior Minister Arsen Avakov has said that armed people have seized the building of a district police department in Sloviansk (Donetsk region).

“9:30 a.m. Armed people in camouflage have seized the district police department in Sloviansk. Here the reaction will be very tough. As is the difference between a protester and a terrorist,” the minister wrote on his Facebook page on Saturday morning.

There were five or six armed people in camouflage at the time of the seizure, a spokesperson for the Donetsk region told Channel 5.
