You're reading: Azarov departs for three-day visit to Hungary

Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov with his wife will depart for Budapest (Hungary) on Wednesday with a three-day official visit. 

According to an Interfax-Ukraine reporter, the official program of the visit will start on March 28.

In particular, Azarov will meet with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban and Chairman of the Hungarian Parliament Laszlo Kover.

On March 29, the Ukrainian premier will meet with Hungarian President Janos Ader. Azarov will also visit one of Hungarian agricultural enterprises, examine work of treatment facilities at one of Hungarian companies, as well as visit Gedeon Richter Plc. Pharmaceutical factory.

It is planned to sign a range of bilateral documents during the visit. In particular, an intergovernmental agreement on international intermodal transport, a memorandum on cooperation in the sphere of plant protection between the Agricultural Policy and Food Ministry of Ukraine and the Rural Development Ministry of Hungary, as well as a memorandum of understanding between the State Agency for Investment and National Projects of Ukraine and the Hungarian Investment and Trade Agency.

Azarov will return to Kyiv on March 29.
