Ukrainian Premier Mykola Azarov has been honored with the superior honor award of Ukrainian Orthodox Church (Moscow Patriarchate) – the mark of distinction of Primate of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine (Moscow Patriarchate) No. 002.
Metropolitan Pavlo Lebed of Vyshgorod and Chornobyl handed the award to the Ukrainian prime minister on January 4, 2013, reads a posting on the Web site of Kyiv Pechersk Lavra.
In 2010, Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych was awarded with the mark of distinction of Primate of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine.
