Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov and Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev have discussed the organization of the practical implementation of agreements reached by the presidents of the two countries, the media liaisons department of the secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers reported on Thursday.

The premiers of the two countries agreed on this during a phone conversation.

“The heads of government discussed the organization of the practical implementation of agreements that were reached by Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych during [Yanukovych’s] working visit to Moscow on March 4 this year,” reads the statement.

As reported, on March 4, Yanukovych met with his Russian counterpart Putin at his residence in Zavidovo, Tver region.

The parties discussed bilateral cooperation in a face-to-face format, in particular, the course of gas negotiations, as well as issues of economic integration.
