Ukraine is studying under what conditions it could join in certain agreements in the Customs Union, Acting Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov has said.

“Now we need to think how to interact with the Customs Union. Some
140 contracts are valid between the countries of the Customs Union. We
need to see which of these contracts are suitable for us, which of them
we can join in without damage to our economy,” he said on the air of the
Shuster Live TV show on Friday night.

“We are now studying under what conditions we can join in certain agreements in the Customs Union,” said Azarov.

He stressed the importance of the Customs Union markets for Ukrainian exports.
